I will accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the item has to be in good condition that it can be resold.

Personalized items cannot be returned, but be certain to contact me if there is any kind of quality problem. I will make it right.

Any order can be canceled with a full refund if it has not yet been cut for personalized items or shipped for regular items.
